However, due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our products, please review the following refund terms carefully:
⚙ 1. Digital Products & AI Tools
All AI tools, software keys, and premium accounts (such as ChatGPT, CapCut, Runway, etc.) are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because access is granted immediately, refunds are not possible once a tool has been activated or accessed.
Refunds are only considered if:
You did not receive access or credentials after payment.
The provided access does not work and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.
🎬 2. YouTube Channels & Automation Services
Refunds for YouTube monetized or non-monetized channels, or automation setup services, are handled on a case-by-case basis.
A refund will be approved only if:
The channel or service was not delivered as described, or
There was a verified technical issue from our side that could not be resolved.
💼 3. AI Service Orders (Voiceovers, Thumbnails, etc.)
Since creative AI services are personalized for each customer, refunds or exchanges are not offered once the project is delivered.
We do, however, offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund:

Include your Order ID, Product Name, and Reason for Refund
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and respond promptly.
🔒 5. Important Notes
We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind or wrong product selection.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Misuse, reselling, or sharing of our tools/accounts will void eligibility for refund.
